    If you want to be strong in a handstand learn to be strong in adho mukha svanasana, alias down dog.⠀⠀It‘s also a great pose to learn something about your shoulder alignment. ⠀Try to push the ground away but keep some space between bizeps and ears.⠀Give it a try and turn your finger outwards.     Freedom. What is it?

    What is it? I‘m not really sure about it. So here are some thoughts.⠀⠀…………⠀⠀I think freedom is a choice. (Except you are imprisoned ?)⠀⠀…………⠀⠀Freedom is one of the most desired feelings in the world, at least to me. But also the one you have to sacrifice the most for. What? Everything! You have to ”let go” of what you love, what you fear to lose, everything that binds you to this world. ⠀But this ”let go” has a different and deeper meaning as you might think but I‘m not able to understand it right now.     The two sides of kindness

    There can be a difference in the completely same action.If I help somebody to pic up a paper they lost. The intention is to help the person. But if the base is egoism I do it because I want to be noticed as a kind person. But the problem is that I‘m also tricking myself. I do kind actions, I become gratitude as a return, everybody feels great, so I must be a kind person. Right? Other people see it. My mind thinks it.
